Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and regulatory issues around our financial products in Barcelona. You will partner with product, risk, and business teams to navigate evolving regulations and support rapid growth.

With 4+ years PQE, you will shape strategy, manage regulatory applications, and lead complex matters while maintaining practical, commercial advice for a global fintech. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of PQE in regulatory law.
• Experience advising on local financial regulations.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Sound judgement under pressure with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to make decisions where there is ambiguity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Provide compliance and legal advice on the structuring of new and existing financial products.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents.
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications.
• Organise local corporate structure.
• Draft and negotiate intragroup agreements and vendor contracts.
• Lead with strong leadership while executing tasks.
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
