Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Quality Analyst for its Private Banking team to evaluate client interactions and ensure compliance. You’ll review interactions, scorecard results, and flag regulatory concerns with sharp attention to detail, helping reduce risk while maintaining trust across a global client base.

In this role you’ll coach new team members, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Risk, and work across locations to align on quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; certificate must be provided.
• 3+ years in sales quality assurance, compliance, or risk monitoring in regulated wealth management.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Strong understanding of private banking risk (cross-border marketing, client suitability).
• Experience analyzing trends and anomalies across complex client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check Private Bankers’ client interactions, identifying successes and failures.
• Provide documented feedback and scorecard evaluations from data-driven insights.
• Check interactions against business procedures and identify trends and root causes.
• Coach new members of the Quality Control team.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Risk across locations to align on standards.
