Armis seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to serve as the ultimate technical authority integrating VIPR Pro with customer ecosystems. You will translate field experiences into product requirements, guide VIPR deployments, and lead advanced risk-prioritization and bespoke integrations.

You will mentor senior technical staff, shape architectural roadmaps, and act as a trusted escalation point for enterprise customers.

Formación

10+ years in enterprise security architecture, technical account management, or sales engineering with hands-on experience deploying Armis Centrix / VIPR Pro.
Proven ability to influence Product Management and Engineering roadmaps without direct authority.
Exceptional executive presence and customer-facing excellence in high-stakes engagements.
Deep proficiency in AQL and building/troubleshooting REST API data flows between Armis and third-party security ecosystems.
Mentorship of senior technical staff and development of scalable knowledge-sharing.
Advanced understanding of vulnerability management, risk quantification, and enterprise IT security workflows.

Responsabilidades

Act as the primary technical liaison between Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
Serve as the final escalation point for VIPR Pro deployments and guide TCSMs through complex configurations.
Design and validate complex risk-prioritization models for large customers using VIPR.
Write, optimize, and debug advanced AQL scripts and API integrations with ITSM/SOAR platforms.
Create architectural blueprints, playbooks, and training for the Customer Success team to scale knowledge.
Drive consensus across engineering to prioritize critical customer bugs and architectural friction points.
