Lansweeper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for ISV & Integrations to drive strategy across partner ecosystems and embedded capabilities. You will influence across domains, work with senior partners, resellers, and MSPs, and shape discovery and validation standards across the product org.

• 10+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning complex, data-driven products end to end.
• Direct experience working with ISV partners, integration ecosystems, or embedded product capabilities.
• Strong market research skills and experience building business cases for company-level bets.
• Fluency across multiple communication formats — live presentations, written specs, partner briefings, webinars, and more.
• Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise stakeholders at every level of seniority.
• Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure, or adjacent domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape initiative-level strategy across domains with a focus on ISV partnerships and integrations.
• Research and build the business case for company-level bets and embedding capabilities into partner ecosystems.
• Define what good discovery and validation look like across the organisation.
• Engage prospects, customers, and partners at senior levels to validate roadmap direction.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Build and evolve Lansweeper's partner ecosystem including ISV relationships, integration partners, resellers, and MSPs.
• Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement with Product Marketing.
• Shape how the Product organisation works by contributing to standards, practices, and hiring bar.
