Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to multiple development teams, guiding them in the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns, and cutting‑edge technologies.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
• Architectural Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient system architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality and Standards: Champion code quality and maintainability, driving the adoption of coding standards, automated testing, and code review practices.
• Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor and coach engineers, fostering their professional growth and empowering them to take ownership of their work.
• Technical Decision‑Making: Make informed technical decisions, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategic goals.

• Deep Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the organization’s needs.
• System Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud‑native architectures, and infrastructure as code.
