Formación

• Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm with delivery and business development success and growth.
• Recognised as a consult leader across multiple specialization areas.
• Ability to create, position and deliver modern IT strategies, operating models and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Experience expanding consulting offerings and developing new methods, tools and techniques.
• Willingness to contribute to a newly forming business unit with entrepreneurial drive to deliver client outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build engagement specific consultant teams based on required skills to meet SOW requirements and lead consulting engagements.
• Drive billable and chargeable utilization across projects in line with the business.
• Take a lead role in resolving complex issues impacting delivery and client satisfaction.
• Deliver complex projects with a mix of global, local, and subcontractor resources and products.
• Proactively seek SMEs involvement when delivery challenges arise and foster client trust and credibility.
