Accenture is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic programs. You will align objectives with senior leadership and drive transformational outcomes across the organization.

You will coordinate across functions, manage dependencies, track progress, and provide data-driven insights through dashboards and reports to enable strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of project, program, strategy, consulting, transformation, or operational leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups, functions, or geographies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive objectives.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting organizational change or operating model initiatives within complex organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives aligned to organizational priorities with actionable workplans and milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and manage resources.
• Partner with executives to define objectives, success measures, and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate activities across departments to align stakeholders and resolve barriers.
• Drive change management plans to support transformations and adoption.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; report progress and outcomes to leadership.
