Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, sales operations, commercial analytics or related functions.
• Experience supporting contract pricing, profitability analysis or commercial negotiations is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support pricing negotiations for strategic opportunities, RFPs, RFQs and customer contracts.
• Develop pricing models, profitability analyses and scenario-based recommendations.
• Analyze commercial, operational and financial data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to define deal strategies and optimize commercial outcomes.
• Maintain pricing intelligence and market insights to support competitive positioning.
• Prepare pricing proposals, business cases and executive presentations.
• Contribute to process improvements, pricing tools and best-practice initiatives.
• Monitor deal performance and support continuous improvement of pricing strategies.

Position Summary

The Pricing Negotiations Analyst supports the development of competitive and profitable pricing strategies for key customer opportunities, bids and commercial negotiations. Working closely with Pricing, Sales, Finance and Operations teams, this role leverages data analysis, financial modelling and market insights to help structure winning deals while ensuring profitability and operational feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing negotiations for strategic opportunities, RFPs, RFQs and customer contracts.
• Develop pricing models, profitability analyses and scenario-based recommendations.
• Analyze commercial, operational and financial data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to define deal strategies and optimize commercial outcomes.
• Maintain pricing intelligence and market insights to support competitive positioning.
• Prepare pricing proposals, business cases and executive presentations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, sales operations, commercial analytics or related functions.
• Experience supporting contract pricing, profitability analysis or commercial negotiations is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, pricing or analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required.
