AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is launching a new Retail line in Barcelona and seeks a Sales Ambassador who can deliver premium guest service and personalized product recommendations. You will drive sales, engage with guests, and embody the brand’s wellness and hospitality ethos in a premium retail setting.
The role focuses on premium sales, cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to commercial targets while maintaining impeccable presentation of the Retail space.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and customer service in premium/luxury environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish; a good level of English is highly valued for an international clientele.
Responsabilités
- Introduce and promote AIRE’s new Retail line.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on guests’ needs.
- Contribute to sales and work towards commercial targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Communicate product features, benefits and differentiators in an engaging way.
- Represent AIRE’s values and high standards of service in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate Retail into the overall AIRE experience.
- Ensure an impeccable presentation of products and the Retail space.
