AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is launching a new Retail line in Barcelona and seeks a Sales Ambassador who can deliver premium guest service and personalized product recommendations. You will drive sales, engage with guests, and embody the brand’s wellness and hospitality ethos in a premium retail setting.

The role focuses on premium sales, cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to commercial targets while maintaining impeccable presentation of the Retail space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and customer service in premium/luxury environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; a good level of English is highly valued for an international clientele.

At AIRE Ancient Baths, we are preparing the launch of our new Retail line and are looking for a Sales Ambassador to join our team in Barcelona.

We are looking for someone passionate about premium sales and personalized customer service, with the ability to represent the essence of AIRE, connect with our guests and actively contribute to the commercial success of our new Retail offering.

Your Mission

As a Sales Ambassador, you will introduce our new Retail line to AIRE guests, understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations that complement their overall experience.

You will combine exceptional customer service with a strong sales and results-driven mindset, naturally identifying opportunities and turning every interaction into a memorable experience.

What You Will Do

• Introduce and promote AIRE’s new Retail line.

• Provide personalized product recommendations based on each guest’s needs and preferences.

• Actively contribute to sales and work towards commercial targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally within premium/luxury retail, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, hospitality or similar environments.

• Strong sales and results orientation, with motivation to achieve commercial targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and dynamic personality, comfortable approaching customers and creating sales opportunities.

• Interest in the world of wellness, beauty and premium products.

• Fluency in Spanish. A good level of English is highly valued given our international clientele.
