Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders according to recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar and tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Process all payment methods.
• Count bank at shift end and complete cashier reports.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Welcome guests and address service needs.
• Move to accommodate guests and maintain high service standards.
