Unispace is looking for a Preconstruction Manager to enhance their Madrid team. This role involves leading planning, estimating, and procurement for major workplace and commercial interior projects, working closely with clients and subcontractors.

Formación

• 4–7 years' experience in construction, estimating, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Experience in commercial interiors, workplace, fit-out, or construction is preferred.
• Strong grasp of procurement and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

We're looking for a commercially minded construction professional to join our growing Madrid team and help lead the planning, estimating and procurement activities behind major workplace and commercial interior projects.

You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, designers and subcontractors to develop budgets, programmes and procurement strategies that ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and successfully.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a project management, estimating, quantity surveying or commercial construction background who wants broader responsibility and exposure across the full project lifecycle.
