Ardmac is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Madrid to manage surveying and commercial functions on data centre projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry and must demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.

Formación

• 5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation and updating of contract budget.
• Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of the project.
• Administration of contract records.
• Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s.
• Attendance at contractor handover meetings.
• Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings.
• Updating of cash reporting and collection.
• Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan.
• Relationship with clients, supply chain, and professional team.

Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.
