Formación

• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales.
• Assist in qualifying sales leads and provide pre-sales support.
• Educate customers during sales calls on technical issues.
