Formación

• 5 – 8 years’ experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and protocols.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide assistance with post-sales training.

Conocimientos

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP

Knowledge of Routing, Switching

Strong presentation skills

Communication skills in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
