Zubi Group is launching a new Cleantech spin-off in stationary energy storage. We seek a visionary Pre-CEO to guide corporate formation, validate the business model, and lead market discovery during a 12-month incubation.

The role evolves into a full-time CEO upon milestones, with strong emphasis on fundraising, partnerships, and technology transfer. You will shape strategy, build high-performance teams, and secure capital across grants and VC.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the company vision, go-to-market strategy, and long-term goals to establish a leader in energy storage.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with key industry players, energy providers, and research institutions.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews to identify market needs and define the commercial product configuration.
• Work with the scientific founding team to align KPIs with market requirements.
• Manage project budgets, business modeling, and operational planning; lead fundraising and investor relations.
