• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to guarantee content consistency and quality.
• Demonstrate capability to manage multiple projects and accounts.
• Leverage MS Office and Apple tools for professional content creation and communication.

We are currently seeking aPR & Production Specialist, who will be working at our Madrid office. The successful candidate will join the team, supporting clients’ campaigns through talent coordination, content production, and PR activities.

Expected experience:

• Manage relationships with talents and influencers, ensuring products are delivered on time and content is produced according to schedule.
• Coordinate product delivery and returns efficiently.
• Ensure videos and other content are delivered to clients on time.
• Support PR and communication strategies, including dissemination of content and brand activations.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to guarantee consistency and quality of content.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and accounts.
• Working knowledge of business infrastructure, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Apple tools (Pages, Keynote, Numbers).
