Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set targeting, budgets, and the narrative when the client asks why, serving as the strategic voice at the table on every call.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and deliver 90-day roadmaps while maintaining the long-term client relationship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
