Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape strategy, manage budgets and craft the narrative on calls with clients.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure robust tracking, and present the numbers that drive decisions and growth for the agency’s client portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
