You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. The role focuses on paid search across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvement, CPA management and agency‑level multi-client experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with client-ready storytelling.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and industries.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing and when to pause campaigns.
• Set the 90‑day and quarterly roadmap and explain the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long‑term client relationships.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
