Job summary

Stark Future SL in Sant Boi de Llobregat is seeking a Process Engineer to own process improvements, tooling design, and equipment acquisition at our Sant Boi plant. You’ll work with Production and Engineering to drive efficiency, implement Lean methodologies, and ensure scalable tooling and fixtures for fast growth.

The role requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with hands-on equipment sourcing and Cre o expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Proven track record in efficiency and productivity improvement projects.
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment acquisition and tooling design.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools; PTC Creo is a must.
• Experience designing tooling and fixtures for industrial assembly.

The Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team, taking ownership of process improvement, tooling design, and industrial equipment acquisition at our Sant Boi plant.

This role sits at the heart of our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to drive efficiency, implement Lean methodologies, and ensure we have the right tooling, fixtures, and equipment to scale at pace.

What You’ll Do

What you will bring to Stark

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment.

• Proven track record in efficiency and productivity improvement projects.

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and machinery acquisition.

• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

• Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools; PTC CREO is a must.

• Experience designing tooling and fixtures for industrial assembly.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
