Stark Future SL in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead hardware development for high-density power electronics in our electric motorcycles. You’ll own hardware from traction inverters to fast chargers, collaborating with engineering and sourcing teams to drive milestones, validation cycles, and supplier integration in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Formación

Mechatronics/Electronics or Electrical Engineering Degree (BS, MS preferred).
Background in developing electric powertrains for vehicles.
Strong leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results focus.
Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsabilidades

Define and develop traction inverters, fast chargers, BMS, and VCU with high density and efficiency.
Engineer compact, lightweight, cost-efficient solutions for power electronics.
Collaborate with Engineering and Sourcing teams for seamless integration.
Ensure milestones align with timelines and objectives.
Oversee maturation workflow with defined validation cycles.
Work with suppliers to incorporate cutting-edge components.
Contribute to hardware architecture development and design.
Shaping the working methodology for the Power Electronics team.
