AVL Iberica is seeking project managers for our power electronics and emotor team in Valladolid, Spain. The role targets professionals across junior to senior levels with a background in battery development and expertise in power electronics and E-motors. Spanish and English are mandatory, with some French desirable.

We are seeking skilled project managers for our power electronics & emotor team to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggest optimizations
• Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
• Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc
• Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
• Suggesting technical solutions
• Signing of plans by team leader delegation
• Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
• Quality Documentation
• Quality and Planning of Tooling Go Ahead
• Initiate technical Documentation

YOUR PROFILE:

• We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience:
  • Junior Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Specialist Level: minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development.
  • Senior Level: Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.
• Background in some of the following areas:
  • Power electronics
  • E-motors
• Languages: Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable
• Availability to travel frequently (10% time) to the clients' facilities.
