AVL Iberica is seeking project managers for our power electronics and emotor team in Valladolid, Spain. The role targets professionals across junior to senior levels with a background in battery development and expertise in power electronics and E-motors. Spanish and English are mandatory, with some French desirable.

Formación

• Engineering profiles at junior to senior levels for battery development.
• Specialist level requires 2+ years in battery development; senior level 4+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product/process development and industrialization per standards; optimize as needed.
• Ensure robustness of product and process design.
• Provide technical support to designers, engineers, and managers across teams.
• Guide or manage developers to achieve deliverables.
• Suggest technical solutions and sign off plans with team leadership.
