Applus+ IDIADA in Spain invites professionals to join its electric, hybrid and hydrogen powertrain safety training team at the HQ. The role focuses on delivering training on EV technologies and developing new didactic materials.

You will create e-learning courses, perform measurements, produce technical reports, and help shape a dynamic, international training program within a globally recognized automotive engineering leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field as listed above.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with clear communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel for assignments and training.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training on electric, hybrid and hydrogen powertrain vehicles and systems.
• Develop and adapt training materials and didactic content.
• Create e-learning courses for multiple platforms.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical courses and perform tests on vehicles.
• Prepare technical reports documenting test results.

Educación

Job Description

The position will be based in IDIADA HQ.

Responsibilities

As part of the electric, hybrid, and hydrogen powertrain safety training team, the main responsibility will be to deliver training on these types of vehicles and their systems. Additionally, as the technical member of the team, responsibilities will include:

• Develop and adapt training materials.
• Create e-learning courses on electric vehicles for various platforms.
• Design didactic materials for electric, hybrid and hydrogen vehicle training programs.
• Deliver theoretical and practical courses on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Perform measurements and testing on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles.
• Prepare technical reports documenting test results.

Qualifications

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity or Industrial Engineering
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills
• Availability to travel

Appreciated competences:

• Master's Degree in Electric Vehicle Technologies
• Root cause and failure analysis
• International standards compliance (UN 38.3, IEC, ISO, SAE, ECE R100, GB38031)

Languages

• Fluent in English, other languages would be an asset
