Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Postdoctoral Scientist – Multimodal Representation Learning for Predictive Biology to advance AI/ML analytics for drug discovery. The role focuses on integrating high-content imaging, phenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics to derive biological insights that guide the next-generation portfolio.

You will collaborate with scientists and engineers across locations and publish findings in top conferences.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related major (PhD completed within the last 3 years or to be completed within the next 6 months).
• Strong expertise in AI/ML for biological applications with publications in top-tier AI/ML venues.

Responsabilidades

• Conceive, design, develop, implement and validate AI/ML solutions for drug discovery using multimodal data.
• Analyze and extract insights from high-dimensional data including imaging, phenomics, transcriptomics and proteomics.
• Develop and evaluate computer vision solutions to quantify cell heterogeneity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance algorithms and product development.
• Communicate complex methods clearly to diverse audiences to support decisions.
• Maintain documentation and code repositories.
• Draft manuscripts and disseminate findings in peer-reviewed venues.
