Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Agentic Workflow Engineer to build and maintain agentic workflows for Biologics Discovery data analysis. You will orchestrate AI pipelines, connect automation software, data stores, models, and compute, and work with senior engineers to translate scientific priorities into working systems.

You will collaborate with Discovery, Data Science, ISD, Enterprise GenAI, and lab automation teams to enable closed-loop feedback and reusable data

Formación

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related computational field.
At least 2 years experience building scientific workflow orchestration or automation software.
Hands-on experience designing real-time data pipelines and integrating complex data outputs.
Experience applying agentic AI and modern LLM-based agents to scientific workflows.
Experience with GenAI platforms and retrieval-augmented approaches (RAG/GraphRAG).

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration for biological discovery data processing.
Develop real-time pipelines connecting automation software, data stores, models, and compute.
Collaborate with IT, platform teams, and GenAI to implement end-to-end orchestration.
Work with MLOps and ontology teams to ensure data quality, provenance, and production readiness.
Contribute to AI-driven workflows that enable closed-loop feedback across DMTL cycles.
