Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Agentic Workflow Engineer to design and run agentic AI‑driven workflows for biologics discovery, connecting automation software, data stores, models, and compute across DMTL cycles.

You will join a cross‑functional team, deliver real‑time data pipelines, and advance AI‑ready data, striving for scalable, reproducible experiments in a large pharma setting. Madrid or US locations available, no remote option.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or Bachelor's with substantial relevant experience).
• At least 2 years building scientific workflow orchestration or automation software.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data pipelines and heterogeneous data integration.
• Experience applying agentic AI and modern LLM-based agents to scientific workflows.
• Experience with enterprise GenAI platforms and retrieval-augmented approaches.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguity within a matrixed org.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration for science data analysis and secondary processing.
• Implement automation and AI pipelines connecting software, data stores, models, and compute.
• Collaborate with IT, platform teams, and GenAI teams to ensure resilient APIs and observability.
• Work with GenAI platforms and agentic frameworks for biologics discovery rather than duplicating capabilities.
• Partner with MLOps and data teams to ensure data provenance, semantic consistency, and production deployment.
