Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Postdoctoral Scientist – Multimodal Representation Learning for Predictive Biology. The role focuses on AI/ML methods for drug discovery, combining high-content imaging, transcriptomics, and proteomics to derive biological insights.

Based in Madrid, Spain, or other global sites with no full remote option. You will work across DDSAI to build and evaluate models, publish findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate drug

Formación

• PhD completed within last 3 years or to be completed within next 6 months.
• Strong AI/ML expertise for biology with publications in top-tier venues.
• Experience with foundation models or multimodal modeling of biological data.

Responsabilidades

• Conceive, design, and validate AI/ML solutions for drug discovery using multimodal data.
• Analyze large-scale, high-dimensional datasets (imaging, phenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
• Develop computer vision solutions to quantify cell heterogeneity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance algorithms and product development.
• Communicate results to diverse audiences and maintain code repositories.
• Draft manuscripts and disseminate findings in peer review venues.
