Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Madrid seeks a Postdoctoral Scientist in Multimodal AI for Biomedical Discovery to advance AI/ML-enabled drug discovery. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, computational biology, multimodal data, and scientific AI to extract actionable insights from diverse biomedical sources.

Formación

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering)
• Strong expertise in ML/DL and foundation modeling
• Hands-on Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face) and tools
• Experience with biomedical data modalities and translational biology context
• Ability to communicate complex results to technical and scientific audiences

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate multimodal AI/ML methods for diverse biomedical data
• Design computational workflows that generate biologically meaningful hypotheses
• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, and data scientists to translate questions into scalable AI solutions
• Lead end-to-end research activities including study design, coding, evaluation, and dissemination
