Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron- Institut de recerca in Spain seeks a postdoctoral researcher to apply for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship and join the Kidney Pathophysiology Research Group. The project uses patient-derived kidney organoids to study FHHNC mechanisms and to identify potential therapies.

The role combines stem cell biology, genome engineering, and translational nephrology, with international mobility, multidisciplinary collaboration, and high-impact outputs.

Formación

• Fluency in English (business level).
• PhD in a relevant field with postdoctoral experience.
• Experience with organoid systems or hiPSC preferred.
• Ability to design, perform and analyze translational research independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare MSCA proposals focused on translational renal research.
• Combine stem cell tech, functional genomics and disease modelling.
• Work within Paediatric Nephrology Service of Vall d’Hebron University Hospital.
• Collaborate with clinicians and basic researchers to translate findings.
