Euraxess is seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher for a project on tumor-stroma communication in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will lead a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship project, engaging in cutting-edge research across cancer biology and cellular communication.

Ideal candidates will have a PhD, a strong background in mammalian cell biology, and fluency in English. The position offers the chance to develop independent research while receiving mentorship to navigate the funding application process.

Formación

• Applicants must have a maximum of 8 years of postdoctoral research experience by the call deadline.
• Experience with fellowship writing is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive independent research.

Responsabilidades

• Define own scientific questions and develop ideas.
• Access to advanced live-cell and super-resolution imaging.
• Mentoring for MSCA application support.

Conocimientos

Strong experimental background in mammalian cell biology

Experience in molecular cloning and cell engineering

Fluency in English

Experience in mitochondrial biology

Experience in cancer metabolism

Strong publication record
