PropHero in Valencia is seeking a Post Settlement Analyst Intern to support administrative processes related to property divisions and horizontal property segregations. This internship offers exposure to government entities and real estate administration in a fast-growing, AI-driven startup environment.

You will work with a global team, assist with reports, data tracking, CRM updates, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Experience not required, but exposure to administrative, legal, or real estate processes is a plus.
• Ideally pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced English and Spanish fluency for internal and external communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in follow-up and execution of administrative processes related to property divisions and horizontal property segregations.
• Preparing and submitting requests to government entities such as the Cadastre, Notaries, and Legal Management Offices.
• Collaborating in case analysis and ensuring timely closure of tasks.
• Maintaining clear documentation and status updates across ongoing files and projects.
• Participating in team discussions to solve challenges and continuously improve internal processes.
• Helping with report preparation, data tracking, and CRM updates.

How you will shape Prophero:

• Assisting in the follow-up and execution of administrative processes related to property divisions and horizontal property segregations.
• Supporting the team by preparing and submitting requests to government entities such as the Cadastre, Notaries, and Legal Management Offices.
• Collaborating in case analysis and ensuring the timely closure of tasks.
• Maintaining clear documentation and status updates across ongoing files and projects.
• Participating in team discussions to solve challenges and continuously improve internal processes.
• Helping with report preparation, data tracking, and CRM updates.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: Not necessary, but any previous exposure to administrative, legal, or real estate processes is a plus.
• Education: Ideally pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields (Derecho or ADE preferred).
• General Skills:
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with efficiency and clarity on administrative follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of case tracking and completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.
• Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), CRM tools, or management systems.
• Language: Advanced English is required for internal communication, and Spanish fluency is essential for external interactions.
