TUI Group’s Cádiz-based Port Operations Agent will independently oversee all agency vessel operations for port calls, arranging pilots, line handlers and stevedores, coordinating clearances with authorities and provisioning for the cruise ship.

You will liaison with cruise lines, port authorities and maritime service providers to ensure smooth operations, monitor vessel movements, handle sailing documents and provide timely updates to line managers.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Maritime studies desirable
• Experience as Port Agent preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between Cruise Line, port authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.
• Coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing with port authority, terminal operators and service providers.
• Attend to email requests from regional accounts promptly.
• Handle vessel entry/clearance and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers to deliver safe, healthy, and sustainable service.
• Prepare sail reports and invoicing documentation as required.
• Participate in conference calls with vessels or cruise lines as needed.
• Provide medical assistance follow-up for crew or guests as required.
