The NanoTherapies Lab at IQS – Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Spain, invites applications for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher with a strong background in organic and polymer synthesis. You will design, synthesize and characterize innovative polymers for advanced nanocarriers aimed at delivering therapeutic RNA, integrating polymer chemistry with nanomedicine and biological evaluation.

Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry with strong synthesis background.
• Doctoral work on functional polymers and their characterization.
• Experience in biomedical applications, nanomedicine or drug delivery valued.

Responsabilités

• Design and synthesize novel functional polymers for biomedical and nanomedicine applications.
• Develop and optimize polymer synthesis and functionalization protocols.
• Perform comprehensive structural and physicochemical characterization of the synthesized polymers.
• Contribute to polymer-based nanoparticle formulation for therapeutic RNA delivery.
• Investigate relationships between polymer structure and nanoparticle performance.
• Collaborate on biological evaluation of materials and nanoformulations.
• Analyze data, write reports and contribute to publications.
