PTC Barcelona is seeking a Polish-speaking Business Development Representative to join the Inside Sales team in Poblenou, Barcelona. You will prospect for new customers, manage leads, and drive bookings through outbound calls and qualification in SFDC.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops, maintain relationships, and help grow pipeline across PTC’s digital transformation solutions. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model and international exposure.

Formación

• 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Responsabilidades

• Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts as well as targeting new logos
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
• Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within SFDC
• Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
• Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory
• Work with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations
