Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative to promote our medications to physicians and pharmacists across Poznań, Gniezno, and Piła, while coordinating with remote teams. This role emphasizes building relationships, field-based sales, and compliance with Pharmaceutical Law.

The position offers growth within an international pharmaceutical company, with training, private health insurance, and support to perform seminars and health education.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree required.
• Proven direct sales experience with documented successes.
• Experience promoting medications to physicians is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

Medical Representative (W/M)

Territory: Poznań, Gniezno, Piła

Your responsibilities:

• contacts with physicians and pharmacists and active promotion of medications,
• promoting products to psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists,
• seeking new solutions while complying with the Pharmaceutical Law,
• conducting health education and organizing product seminars,

Our requirements:

• a higher education degree,
• experience in direct sales supported by documented successes - a necessary requirement,
• experience promoting medications to physicians - including psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists - will be an additional asset,
• creativity in problem-solving,
• openness and tolerance for a highly dynamic work environment,
• ability to build relationships,
• Class B driver’s license.
