2K is seeking a Game Localization Lead for French to own linguistic direction and execution across our portfolio. The role sits in the Content Localization team, collaborating with developers, QA, producers, and publishing to ensure high-quality French content and authentic player experience.

You will lead VO casting, manage glossaries and style guides, mentor junior linguists, and drive process improvements in localization quality, turnaround time, and compliance with platform guidelines.

Formación

• Professional localization experience in games, tech, or entertainment.
• Native fluency in French with tone and regional nuance.
• Advanced English fluency; able to represent language decisions globally.
• Ability to work independently on complex language projects in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with platform-holder guidelines, naming conventions, and brand alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the localization strategy, quality bar, and final sign-off for French content across all titles.
• Review and edit in-game text, UI, scripts, and VO for tone, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Develop and enforce glossaries, style guides, and cultural content policies for French market.
• Collaborate with localization producers, QA, marketing, publishing, and dev to guide language decisions.
• Mentor junior linguists and vendors; provide feedback and escalation as needed.
• Lead VO casting, script review, and creative sessions for French voiceover production.
• Audit builds to ensure tone, consistency, and cultural resonance; drive process improvements.
