GMV Spain is seeking graduates in Aeronautical, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering to join our team and lead project management activities in large-scale navigation systems projects within the aerospace and defense sector. You will coordinate documentation and monitor milestones from definition to delivery.

The ideal candidate will communicate and negotiate effectively, manage subcontractors, track requirements, and bridge technical teams with program objectives.

Formación

• Graduates in Aeronautical, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering with strong project management background.
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and deliver under pressure in complex technical environments.
• Experience in PMO roles within military projects is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own generation of project management and technical development documentation, aligning milestones across all phases.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure deliverables meet technical and contractual standards.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will drive the project management backbone of cutting-edge military navigation systems, ensuring every deliverable, requirement and stakeholder stays on track from definition to delivery. Your tasks includes:

• Owning the generation of project management and technical development documentation, keeping complex system milestones aligned across all project phases.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring their deliverables meet the technical and contractual standards of a highly demanding military aerospace environment.
• Handling and tracking project requirements, bridging the gap between technical teams and program objectives throughout the full development lifecycle.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for graduates in Aeronautical, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering with a strong background in project management and a natural ability to communicate, negotiate and deliver under pressure in complex technical environments.

We will also value previous experience in similar PMO roles within military projects, as well as hands‑on knowledge of DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools.
