Job summary

Emerald Stay is seeking a project management intern to support the Owner Relations department in onboarding new Emerald Stay properties and managing owner relations for our villa and apartment portfolio. You will help maintain data accuracy across systems and contribute ideas to improve the onboarding journey.

The role offers hands-on experience in hospitality tech, data management, and cross-department collaboration, with a hybrid work setup and a 6-month paid internship starting mid

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently finished studies; internships for students (becario).
• Fluent English required; Spanish or French a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Owner Relations in onboarding new Emerald Stay properties from a technology perspective.
• Ensure accurate property data across internal files and databases.
• Update property information on our websites and partner agencies.
• Contribute to onboarding experience improvements and owner-related projects.
• Participate in cross-department projects as needed.
