Job summary

Emerald Stay is seeking a project management intern to support onboarding of new properties from a technology perspective and owner relations across the portfolio. You will help maintain property data across databases and partner systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will participate in owner experience projects, contribute ideas to improve onboarding, and collaborate on business development initiatives. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• You are detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the EU and currently enrolled in studies.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new Emerald Stay properties from a technology perspective.
• Manage addition of property data across internal databases and partner systems.
• Update property information across our databases, website, and partner agencies.
• Contribute ideas to improve the owner onboarding journey and participate in related projects.
