• 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B technology, distribution, SaaS, or platform businesses.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a strategic product leadership role at the intersection of Product Management, Technology, Vendor and Customer Partnerships, and Business Transformation . The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with the ability to understand complex technology ecosystems, design end-to-end solutions, work directly with strategic vendors and partners, and drive initiatives from concept solution build launch adoption measurable value .

Key Responsibilities

Meet directly with vendors and resellers to understand their business models, pain points, and growth ambitions; then translate insights into scalable product strategies. Operate as a \"builder PM\": conduct deep partner discovery, frame the opportunity, define the product vision, build and test user experiences, drive cross‑functional execution from 0 to 1. Define success metrics, instrument them, and use data to iterate rapidly and make crisp prioritization decisions. Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery. Influence cross domain roadmaps without direct authority, building alignment through compelling narratives and data‑driven proposals.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management ideally in high- growth B2C or B2B in B2B technology, distribution, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Proven experience leading complex products, solutions, or technology initiatives from concept through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate emerging technology into practical product and business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology distribution, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems .
• Experience working with major technology vendors and hyperscalers.
• Experience with digital commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, renewals, lifecycle management, CPQ/configuration, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic AI to automate business processes and create new customer or partner experiences.
• Experience building platforms or products that operate across multiple countries, markets, vendors, or business models.
• Experience taking new concepts from 0 1 and scaling them from 1 N .
