Ingram Micro is seeking an Innovation Analyst to serve as the insight-driven entry point into our global platform innovation engine, translating ideas into decision-ready opportunities. You will combine market intelligence, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities and support leaders in making informed investment decisions.

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad portfolio of initiatives with global reach.

Formación

• Experience in analysis, platform strategic initiatives, consulting, finance, product, or transformation preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Clear, concise communication — written and verbal. English required, additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment.
• A growth mindset: curious, coachable, and eager to take on broader ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Research markets, competitors, partners, and customers to surface opportunities across multiple strategic pillars.
• Build the evidence behind each opportunity — assumptions, scenarios, and initial value sizing.
• Turn complex data into a clear insight, implication, and recommendation for decision owners.
• Define testable hypotheses and success measures for small, low-risk pilots or initial proof of concept.
• Create concise, executive-ready updates that make progress, risk, and next steps obvious.
• Track evidence, flag blockers early, and recommend a practical path forward identifying modifications and alternatives.
