Preply in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Staff Platform Product Manager to own the product strategy for platform capabilities that reduce developer friction, harden reliability, and speed up delivery. This role defines platform-as-a-product for Preply's engineering ecosystem and AI-enabled tooling.

You’ll evolve paved paths used by engineers, translate constraints into clear product decisions, and drive adoption of platform standards across teams. This on-site role offers impact at global scale.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain product charters for platform products, including users, problem statements, non-goals, and success metrics
• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for core platform capabilities
• Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals with the focus on impact
• Translate platform needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and solutions, focusing on scalable platform capabilities rather than custom solutions for individual teams
• Define and track success
