TD SYNNEX in Barcelona seeks a pre- and post-sales specialist to support the Sales Floor and within the business unit, becoming a centre of excellence for a product or technology group.

You will develop product knowledge, provide complete solutions, manage inquiries, and collaborate on marketing materials, pricing and promotions. This role emphasizes high-quality service, accurate information, and revenue growth through TD SYNNEX channels.

Formación

• Experience in IT distribution or vendor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre- and post-sales specialist support across the Sales Floor and within the business unit.
• Become a centre of excellence for a specific product or technology group.
• Focus on specific technology groups/accounts to help drive revenue within those areas.
• Provide outstanding quality service to customers.
• Develop and regularly maintain the TD SYNNEX intranet site for the Sales Floor.
• Develop high level product knowledge and provide complete solutions.
• Prioritise and resolve customer care issues.
• Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce tools.
• Escalate potential problems appropriately.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Business Manager on marketing materials creation and validation.
