King is seeking an Engineering Manager for Game Platform Foundations to lead and grow high-performing teams responsible for the shared platform foundations that power King’s games and engineering efforts at scale. You will define the roadmap, guide AI/tooling adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms that improve developer experience and player outcomes.

The role emphasizes people development, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable

Formación

Experience building or operating large-scale cloud platforms and distributed systems.
Experience with platform engineering, internal tools platforms, developer experience or engineering productivity.
Experience leading technical modernization and large-scale platform transformations.
Experience from the gaming industry is a bonus, but we also welcome candidates from other industries operating complex, large-scale software platforms.

Responsabilidades

Inspire and empower engineers to build high-quality software with coaching and feedback.
Recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and fostering an inclusive team culture.
Define and own the product roadmap and align delivery priorities with King’s engineering goals.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Tech Directors, and Software Engineers to deliver platform products at global scale.
