King’s Shared Tech team in Barcelona is hiring a Senior Tools Developer to lead and maintain tooling for mobile live games. You will architect and implement scalable tools, work closely with game teams, and help shape the tooling landscape for faster feature delivery.

The role emphasizes high-quality, test-driven development, cross-discipline collaboration, and mentoring of junior developers to uplift the team’s technical capabilities within the King production ecosystem.

Formación

• Proficient in Python and C++ with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience developing tools and pipelines for live game environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Improve, innovate and maintain tooling infrastructure and in-house editing toolset.
• Design, architect, maintain, test and implement tools at scale.
• Collaborate with users across King to optimize workflows across games.
• Deliver high quality, well-structured code.
• Improve quality and performance within the tools landscape.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers and game teams.
• Drive and support tool adoption with stakeholders across King.
• Coach and mentor junior developers in architecture, patterns, and testing.
