Moniepoint Inc. is building a dedicated POS Application Platform to underpin its expanding POS devices across markets. The Head of Engineering for POS Application Platform will own the technical strategy, set standards, and guide a distributed engineering team.

You will code significantly while shaping the platform’s tooling, observability, and onboarding processes to support rapid international growth. You will collaborate with OEM partners, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years in leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience building software for POS devices and platform-level tooling.
• Familiarity with EMV, PCI DSS, and payment certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical strategy and architecture for the POS Application Platform.
• Build and govern core platform pillars: developer experience, reliability, frameworks, and adoption.
• Lead POS engineers across squads and set engineering standards across device types.
• Hands-on coding 40–60% and mentor growth of platform team.
• Scale platform team and ensure international expansion readiness.
