PPG is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to shape the technical direction of our multi-brand mobile platform for iOS and Android. You will combine hands-on leadership with architecture decisions, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX, QA, Security and DevOps teams.

You will drive engineering excellence, define standards, and evolve the platform to support new brands and digital initiatives on a global scale.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional mobile app experience, with 2+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the technical direction of PPG's multi-brand mobile platform across iOS and Android.
• Lead analysis of requirements and translate to scalable mobile solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions for maintainability, security, and performance.
• Define and promote mobile engineering standards and quality expectations.
• Mentor developers through coaching, code reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, QA, and DevOps across the lifecycle.
• Integrate mobile apps with enterprise services (auth, analytics, search, notifications).
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for build, signing, testing and distribution.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex platform issues and ensure release readiness.
