Job summary

Irving Knight Group in southern Spain is seeking a Production Director to lead operations at a specialist production facility. You will oversee production planning, maintenance and capital projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery for Iberian customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a track record of delivering continuous improvement in industrial manufacturing, with English at least B2 and willingness to relocate to southern Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling and site output.
• Plan and optimize manufacturing processes and methods.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Manage raw-material and finished-goods inventory.
• Ensure customer orders are produced and dispatched on time.
• Develop training plans to support employee capability and operational improvement.
• Lead health and safety across all plant activities.
• Identify, propose and manage capital-investment projects.
• Work with stakeholders to align production with customer requirements.
• Support improvements in productivity, quality, service and cost performance.
